Andy Lynch: Hull FC have the feel-good factor
CAPTAIN Andy Lynch has praised the feel-good factor at training and feels his Hull FC team-mates are ahead of schedule after a rise in standards.
With a desire to improve on all aspects of their game, Hull's players are posting record times in the gym and on the training field.

FEEL GOOD FACTOR: Hull FC's Andy Lynch.
The first phase of pre-season ends a week today before the players head off for their Christmas break.
And Lynch says the opening half of pre-season couldn't have gone any better.

"Training has been going really good and all the lads have raised it from what they did last year," he told the Mail.
"Fitness-wise, I think we are ahead of where we should be. All the lads are improving on the scores they are posting in the gym and that's led to everyone buzzing about where we are at. There's a real feel-good factor about the place."
One of many new arrivals last year, there was a lot for Lynch to take in, including new structures and training methods.
With not so much change this time around, he believes Hull are stronger for key players being a year into their respective roles.
He added: "It was a tough pre-season last year with everyone coming in alongside a new coaching staff, conditioners and physio.
"Peter Gentle came in and changed the calls and the structure and there was a lot to learn.
"This year, there are new guys who have to get used to our calls and how we play, but they've slotted in well and the rest of us have been able to hit the ground running."
