Arrest at 'murder victim' Dale Partington's wake

POLICE were called to a fight at a pub after the funeral of Dale Partington, who was stabbed to death in Snaith.

One person was injured after the fight, which broke out inside the Plough Inn and spilled on to the street.

It happened at the wake for Mr Partington, 27, who was found dead outside his home in St Lawrence Avenue on December 16.

A 32-year-old man was arrested and has been released on bail after the fight at 11pm on Friday.

Police said the injured person was not taken to hospital.

Leon Rushworth, 37, of Snaith, has been charged with Mr Partington's murder and remanded in custody.
