“If this had of happened within spitting distance of a football match taking place involving Hull City we would have had calls to ban all the fans, restrict their movements, drinking bans, altered kick off times to stop fans attending and countless other OTT knee jerk reactions.
But Prinny Avenue will be exactly the same tonight, tomorrow and for ever more.
    As so it should.”

“Getting a bit of a name for itself now is Prinny Ave.
I couldn't have agreed more with the poster last week who said that the place was now inhabited by sad inadequate fortysomething males trying to recapture past glories and making misery for others.
Maybe the Avenue has run it's course now and will soon join other run down ex-venues such as Beverley Road and The Marina.”

“Why is it an alleged assault, it either was or wasn't an assault, surely alleged should be reserved for an offender pre trial ???”

“Less police and more crime. Oh, but of course, the Government's statistics will doubtless show crime is falling. A bit like prices aren't really going up. Greetings from a parallel universe!”
