In the privacy and comfort of Beal Homes' Selection Lounge you can take your time to discuss the proposed internal layout of your new home and, if you like, suggest some changes.

Beal Homes' willingness to change internal layouts was something that really attracted buyers Jackie and Stephen Smith, who have purchased their new home at Beal's Westwood. Attracted by the highly regarded Kingswood Parks area, what really made all the difference to Mr and Mrs Smith was Beal Homes' readiness to change the internal layout of their Windsor to accommodate the couple's lifestyle.

Working with Beal's designer, Jackie and Stephen decided to use the integral garage space to create a study where they can manage their home admin and have their computer set up out of the way. The extra space also enabled them to move the Windsor's utility room in order to make an even larger contemporary open plan kitchen/dining/family room.

"We were able to sit down with Beal's designer Steve Arnold and tweak the Windsor house design to suit us," said Jackie. "We are really pleased with how it's turned out – our new home is lovely and just what we wanted."

Fourth-time Beal Homes buyers Darren and Emma Simpson, who purchased a Carlton at Westwood earlier this year, also appreciated Beal's personal home design service, which enabled them to arrive at a bespoke finish for their new home.
