Beverley beat Cleckheaton and will take some beating in their present form at home.
James McKay could return after a three-week lay-off with a twisted knee and Gavin Gibson is set to return for his first game of the season after his knee surgery.
Mark Tarasenko has a thigh injury and is unlikely to play, while Mike Kilgannon is nursing a shoulder problem. If he is unfit this could pave the way for the long-awaited return of Jerry Barnes at full back.
