The marquee was bustling with excitement throughout the day.
Tina Cerutti, from Cerutti 2, was among chefs who took to the stage to demonstrate their skills.
Matthew Barker from The Westwood Restaurant rustled up a chowder soup and slow-cooked rib of beef for the audience to sample.
Matthew was followed by the Ready! Steady! Cook! competition, featuring BBC Radio Humberside's Jonathan Parker and Carl Wheatley, who casued kitchen chaos with Jason Rowe, from Dine on the Rowe, and John Robinson, from Whites, as they rustled up a selection of dishes from a bag of ingredients.
The main marquee also featured the Twin Town Challenge, with Thierry Condette, from TC Patisserie, representing Nogent-sur-Oise in France, alongside chefs from Lemgo in Germany, Ben Cox from The Star @ Sancton and Roger Nowell from Tickton Grange.
Meanwhile, Saturday Market, which enjoyed beautiful weather all day, hosted stalls to suit all tastes, from local wine merchants, to the finest brussel sprouts and pumpkins, and handmade cakes, brownies, cookies and quiches.
