Only Dave Tubby with 42 of the Whitkirk batsmen made a mentionable score as Ian Sugden 4-33 and Steve Wake 3-32 dismissed them for 139.
Beverley then moved to 100-4 with Ben Fish making 28 but then collapsed to 131 all out as Paul Johnson took 4-44 and 17-year-old Sam Bateman (4-23) returned to grab 4 for 6 in his second spell.

Pocklington made 187-6 with Andy Inns making 61 and Ian Camwell 64, but Harrogate lost only one wicket in reply.
Sewerby slipped out of the top two when they lost by five wickets at Osbaldwick after being dismissed for 139.
Mike Artley's 47 was the only notable contribution to Sewerby's 139.
Hull & YPI II maintained their interest in the promotion race in Division Three when they had a comfortable victory over bottom placed Stillington who suffered their 12th defeat of the season.
No Stillington batsman was able to come to terms with the YPI attack which was well led by 16-year-old leg spinner Drew Moran who claimed four wickets for just nine runs in five and a half overs.
He was supported by skipper Martin Watkin who claimed 3-27 as Stillington were dismissed for 115. Watkin then followed with 47no as, with Andy Kirby hitting 46, the Hull side won by eight wickets
A century for Phil Marwood, who made 104, put Duncombe Park on the winning trail at Welton & Brough and saw the Northerners take over at the top of Division Three.
In Division 4A, Hornsea II crashed to their 13th defeat of the season when Driffield III recorded a 51-run victory.
Rob Woodcock starred for the winners with 55 and 3-39 with the ball.
Will O'Donnell with 6-47 and Mark Hinchcliffe 3-16 set up a five-wicket win for Goole Town at Selby.
Ben Hatfield's 58 earned no reward for Fenner who made 160-5 against Hull Zingari, who then romped to a 10-wicket win thanks to Mark Thompson (85no) and Tony Garland (55no).
