A Beverley mum is bringing a touch of Hollywood glamour to Hull next month, in memory of her young son.

Louise Barrett is excited to bring the premiere of the new James Bond film, Skyfall to Hull, to raise funds for The Foundation for the Study of Infant Deaths (FSID), after she lost her own son Ellis, nearly 10 years ago when he was just two days old.

The premiere will take place at Cineworld Hull on Thursday, October 25, a day before the film is officially release nationwide, and promises to be an eventful evening as the 23rd James Bond film looks set to get pulses racing.

On being offered the opportunity to be involved with the Charity Screening of James Bond's Skyfall, Louise, of Bramble Hill, Beverley said: "I am thrilled to be able to bring Bond to Hull, this is a great way to celebrate Ellis's short life by bringing together family, friends and new friends, giving them the opportunity to see the new Bond film before anybody else.

"I am looking forward to seeing Bond at his best before the rest of the country!"

Figures show that in England and Wales around 600 babies die unexpectedly annually; of these tragic deaths about 300 remain unexplained.

As part of FSID's three year strategy, the charity has set a target of bringing the number of unexplained cot deaths down to below 200 by 2015 and to halve it to 150 by 2020.

Funds raised from the evening will go directly to FSID, who Louise says helped her and her family following the sad death of Ellis.

Gary Cotton of Cineworld Hull added: "We are excited to be involved in showing Bond here in Hull, it is a fantastic opportunity for local people to get dressed up and attend an exclusive event and all for a very worthwhile charity."

If you are interested in a ticket to this exclusive event please check out the website at www.louisebarrett.co.uk/007 or contact Louise directly at louise@louisebarrett.co.uk.

Tickets which are priced at £25 will also be available to purchase at Cineworld, Kingswood, Hull.
