Beverley's Keldgate to remain closed over the weekend
The closure of Keldgate in Beverley is expected to continue over the weekend.
A collapsed wall meant the road had to be shut on Tuesday evening during rush hour.

Keldgate will remain closed over the weekend.
The closure has caused delays for drivers in the town.
Most of the 4m high wall, adjoining Keldgate Manor, has now been taken down and removed from the site.

Northern Gas Network engineers are working to secure the gas mains before the final section of wall can be removed this morning.
The council will then aim to identify why the foundations of the wall led to its collapse.
Until the work has been carried out, Keldgate will remain closed to vehicles between the Eastgate and Queensgate mini-roundabouts.
Nigel Leighton from East Riding Council said: "The council apologises for the inconvenience but would like to assure resident that these works are being carried out as expediently as possible and are in the interests of public safety."
A further inspection is expected to take place by council officers on Monday morning.
A diversion has been put in place for drivers.

“maybe Dave Navarro could go lend a hand seeing as he/she/it has plenty of time of it to spend posting comments on here it seems, that's unless it's a bit too cold for them of course”
