Bids hit £500 for Luke Campbell's boxing gloves
THE highest bid for Luke Campbell's signed boxing gloves currently stands at £500.
The gloves went on auction on Wednesday and have been donated by the Olympic gold medallist to raise money for the Lord Mayor's charities.
The signed gloves will go to the highest bidder, with the proceeds being divided between Age UK Hull, Case Training Services and Hull and East Riding Institute for the Blind (Herib).
The Lord Mayor and Admiral of the Humber, Councillor Danny Brown said: "I used to box when I was younger and have followed Luke for many years and of course through his Olympic success.

The winner of the auction will also be invited to join the Lord Mayor in his parlour for afternoon tea and to receive the signed gloves.
