Having got his first tattoo last year, Carl has gone on to get 16 more, including lyrics of the American actress and singer's songs, and portraits of her.
Mr McCoid's love of Miley Cyrus has given him worldwide fame, featuring on TV programmes in America and Germany and will be on Cutting Edge on Channel Four next month.

On the programme tonight, the two teams will have to guess, out of a line of guests, who is the Miley Cyrus fan.
HULL: People are being reminded about a support group meeting for people with eating disorders and their carers.
The next meeting will take place at the Endsleigh Centre in Beverley Road, Hull, from 7pm to 9pm, on Wednesday, October 3.
It is run by Seed Eating Disorders Support Services and the group meets on the first Wednesday of each month.
The charity was set up by Marg and Dennis Oaten, and their friend Val Hunter, in 2000.

EAST YORKS: An 11-year-old has scooped a prize from Hornsea Freeport after his superhero, Carbon Man, won a competition.
Joe Monkman won the superhero competition, which ran throughout the summer as part of the shopping village's Superhero Summer.
Participants were asked to draw a superhero and describe the character's outfit and powers in no more than 100 words.
Joe won shopping vouchers and his sketch was turned into a framed design.
He said: "I'm really surprised and didn't expect to win at all.
"I love all of the superhero films and I was so happy when I heard about the competition happening at Hornsea Freeport.
"I really enjoyed drawing Carbon Man."
EAST YORKS: The dates of the fixtures of next year's Rugby League World Cup have been announced.
Hull is a host city of the competition.
Papua New Guinea take on France at MS3 Craven Park on Sunday, October 27, and Samoa on Monday, November 4, at the same venue.
England will take on Fiji at the KC Stadium on Saturday, November 9.
Tickets go on general sale on Friday, October 26.
