To encourage people to give it a try, Liftshare.com is running a competition with a prize of £250.
A winner will be selected at random from anyone sending a request to share message before October 7.

EAST RIDING: A kids' club at Stamford Bridge Primary School has been given a good rating by Ofsted inspectors.
Stamford Bridge Kids' Club operates after school and in the school holidays.
Inspectors found children enjoy their time at the club due to the supportive and caring approach of staff.
Ofsted inspector Christine Tipple said in her report: "The range of activities supports the children in their ongoing learning and development where they make good progress in an inclusive environment."
She said excellent links are promoted and developed within the community and well established with the school.
EAST RIDING: A professional theatre company is to visit Brough and Cherry Burton.
Planet Rabbit Productions' latest play, A Little In Tents, will be staged at Brough Methodist Church in Welton Road on Saturday at 2.30pm.
The production will be taken to Cherry Burton Village Hall in Main Street on Thursday, October 4, at 7.30pm.
