EAST HULL: A man described as being in a "distressed state of mind" has gone missing from his home.
Humberside Police are appealing for help in locating Andrew Denton, 49, who was reported missing from Birkdale Way at about 7pm on Thursday. He was last seen leaving the address in the afternoon.
Mr Denton is white, 6ft and of slim build. He has shoulder-length brown hair worn in a ponytail and was last seen wearing a cream striped jumper, blue jeans and brown shoes.
A police spokesman said: "We are concerned for the welfare of Mr Denton as he has only been reported missing once before and he is thought to be in a distressed state of mind."

E YORKS: A woman has had to pay £140 in fines and costs for dumping ten bags of waste in her neighbour's yard.
Natalie Cosherill, of Hill Street, Bridlington, pleaded guilty to fly-tipping household waste.
Magistrates in Bridlington fined Cosherill £25 and ordered her to pay court costs of £100, as well as a victims' surcharge of £15.
Officers from the council's environmental control team visited the property and took photographs of the waste, which had been dumped without the consent of the owner of the property. The waste was traced to Cosherill, who lived next door.
E RIDING: Two coaches were involved in a crash on the outskirts of Hull.
The accident happened in Wyton Road, Preston, between Sproatley Road and Lelley Road. It is not known whether anyone was injured.
BEVERLEY: The Jacob's Well charity is holding a grand warehouse sale today.
The fundraiser will be held from 10am to 4pm at the charity's Swinemoor Lane base, behind the MKM Builders' Merchant.
