EAST YORKS: A new year boot camp will help people slim down while raising funds to redevelop facilities at Dove House Hospice.

Personal trainer and former Mail columnist Rich McKeating has teamed up with the hospice's Love You 2 Appeal to offer help to all those who indulged a little too much over the festive season.

Free entry will be given to 20 people who will be able to take part in early-morning exercise sessions, twice a week for four weeks.

Everyone taking part is expected to raise a minimum of £100 for the appeal.
