"I am delighted to welcome him to his new role in the whips' office where I am sure he will do a fantastic job."

Mr Turner replaced Vale of Clwyd MP Chris Ruane, who left the Labour whips' office.
E YORKS: Camera retailer Jessops has closed all its stores.
The business, which had shops in Jameson Street, Hull, and Toll Gavel, Beverley, went into administration on Wednesday.
A total of 15 stores in Yorkshire and the North East closed yesterday, with 106 job losses.
Across the UK, 187 shops closed with 1,370 redundancies.
Rob Hunt, joint administrator and partner at PwC said: "The stock will be collected over the coming days and returned to a central warehouse.
"It will be returned to suppliers if they are entitled to it.
"As a consequence of the closure, Jessops is no longer able to accept returned products from customers.
"This is an extremely sad day for Jessops and its employees. We are very grateful for the support we have received since our appointment and we will continue to ensure that employees are paid as they assist us during the closure."
