EAST YORKS: Villagers in Shiptonthorpe have hailed this year's panto the best one yet.

Shiptonthorpe Community Theatre's performance of Frankenstein, The Panto, played to packed houses for each of its four performances on the last weekend of January.

The brainchild of villagers Alan Heaven and Diane Heywood, the panto featured an all-star cast.
