TWO men are wanted in connection with a sexual assault and shop theft on Newland Avenue in Hull. 

A woman, 31, was pushing an empty pushchair down the street on Thursday, November 8 when she felt somebody touch her inappropriately from behind.

She turned round and was faced by two men, one of whom appeared to be moving his hand away from her.

The other man then began talking to her as she walked away and entered Fulton's food store as the men followed her.

They are believed to have stolen a number of items before leaving the store.

One of the men is described as being tanned, medium build and around 6ft 2in tall and with short dark hair.

He was wearing a tanned coloured coat with a hood.

The other is also described as being of a tanned complexion, with short dark hair which was wavy on top and shorter at the sides.

He is around 5ft 6ins tall, slim to medium build and was wearing a bomber style jacket.

Both men are thought to have been in their early 30s.

• Police have released CCTV images of two men they would like to speak to. Anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting crime reference 1940726.
