Cannabis factory found near Beverley

POLICE have seized 270 cannabis plants worth £170,000 from a house in the village of Bentley near Beverley.

They executed the warrant on February 27 and discovered a cannabis factory.

A 46-year-old Beverley woman and a 44-year-old Beverley man have been interviewed and released on police bail until the end of April pending further inquiries.
