Car crashes in petrol pump at Goole garage

Emergency crews were called after a car smashed into a petrol pump at a filling station.

Humberside Fire and Rescue Service were called to Rawcliffe Road in Goole yesterday.

The crash happened at about 12.26pm and damage was caused to both the car and pump.

Fire crews used sand to soak up the minor spillage of petrol. No one was injured in the accident, according to reports.
