“If this is true then it is good news. But I very much doubt it really is as we've all given up reporting what these days is seen as 'minor' crime, the courts are a joke, no one gets a grip of scum they all have 'rights', and play the system.

I totally concur with Gareth C2010's comment that 'The police are probably more interested in alleged 'racist' comments by five year olds in nurseries & primary schools'. But this is really due to secret orders from the Government -it's not your average copper or PCSO who are to blame it's the Fabian Society/Marxist-lite/Common Purpose agenda of the very top coppers and politicians who are to blame.

“If these statistics are accurate then they are very welcome.
However statistics must be scrutinized as all previous / present governments are guilty of not been totally honest with the public. In general I tend to verify with channel 4 news Factcheck as it separates the true from the false.
What I do know is that crime climbed by an alarming rate between 1979 and the late 1990's (2.5 million reported crimes to 5 million reported crimes, as for unreported crimes then who knows?).”
