Officers are continuing their investigation into circumstances of Mr Partington's death.
Detective Chief Inspector Matt Hutchinson said: "This is very much a live inquiry, regardless of the fact that one person has now been charged with murder.
"I believe there are still people living in the local community who have information about what happened to Dale and they have not yet spoken to us and shared that information with us.
"I would urge anyone who thinks they know something that might be relevant to this investigation not to dismiss it and instead to come and speak to us and tell us what they know.
"Officers continue to conduct inquiries in and around Snaith and we need people to come forward."
• Anyone who has information in relation to Dale's murder is urged to ring the major incident room on 01377 208989 or alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
