Dance classes place fitness in pole position
There was once a time when the words "pole dancing" conjured up images of seedy backroom strip clubs and leering stag parties.
But now women are taking control and embracing pole dancing as something to enjoy for themselves – as well as an exciting way to keep fit.

Stacey, 26, talks to Femail about how pole dancing has transformed her from a "layabout coach potato" into a fit, healthy and toned women with all the right, seductive, moves.
