Delays on A63 westbound after crash at South Cave (updated)

Commuters faced delays this morning after an accident closed one lane of the A63 near South Cave.

A red VW Polo and a blue Nissan Micra crashed on the westbound carriageway at about 6.45am.

The vehicles have now been removed. It is understood there were no serious injuries.

Police later dealt with a broken-down HGV on the same stretch of road.
