“killer127;
What a strange individual you appear to be with your obnoxious "advice" to those who hold a different opinion to your cap doffing,knee bending attitude to an unelected head of state.
If someone doesn't like a Tory Government should they also leave the country?
The likes of you haven't the sense to realize that if an election was called for,there would be nothing to prevent Elizabeth,Charles or William standing for election as King or queen.
The power would still reside in parliament and just as Ireland had Mary Robinson,I would accept Ann Robinson if she got the most votes.
It would no effect on the freedoms or anything else we hold dear and such as you would still have a figurehead to bow or curtsey too.Now that's free country!”

“ferretmong, why dont you just trot of on your socialist bike and disappear up your own backside, you do have a choice, leave the county, if you dont like living in a monarchy, the beauty of it is you are free to leave, somehow I dont think you will be missed. As for getting a real job, please tell us what your terrific contribution to society is.”

“@killer127, As its clear you are a plank, let me explain something to you, i dont give a fffing toss if the royals cost me 32p a year, its the fact i have NO say in it that gets me. People like you who love them should be made to pay for them with a special tax, that way you can keep them and trot off to see them when they pop into town to wave at you.”

“All those ****ging of the Royals have no idea, the royal family cost the taxpayer approximately 32p a year, far less than some benefit scrounger who have never done a hard days work in their lives apart from opening their legs to pop out another meal ticket.
They bring in far more than they cost, and if you don't like it tough, ****** off and live in some banana republic or communist state.”

“Ferretmonger, totally agree with your post.
Pretty girl but like the rest of the royals, swans all over the world leading a wonderfully privileged life and us mere mortals continually pick up the tab.
The royal circus is way past it's sell by date and it's high time we followed the French example in the 1700's and got rid of all of them. We'd spare them their heads though, unlike the French”
