Earth mound to stop travellers' camps in west Hull
Proposals are being considered to build an earth mound along the edge of open land recently targeted by travellers in west Hull.
The city boundary line runs through the field next to Dent Road on the Bricknell estate.
Now, councillors from Hull and the East Riding are considering jointly funding the construction of a natural barrier along the length of the field to prevent any future illegal encampments.
