“I have searched for Telecoms Hull and there appears to be another company able to offer the same service, East Riding Telecoms have all the prices on their website, and details about business telecoms, doesn't say if they do residential though.....”

“Hi Guys; as the network provider of this service we would like to address a few of the comments below.
1. The technology is not WiFi (this is the technology used for home routers, laptops etc).
It is wireless but uses different frequencies, different protocols (geek speak!) and it has military levels of security (128bit AES for the geeks again!), it is not affected by rain, snow or fog (which is quite important for England!).
2. It has nothing to do with KC lines whatsoever, It does not use any mobile phone company or dongles it uses our own private network of transmitters used exclusively for high speed broadband services.
3. It is not new and the service has been operating successfully outside Hull for a number of years and businesses have been connected in Hull since January. The only thing that is new is this service is now offered to residential in Hull for the first time!
4. We are a full ISP offering a premium service and there is no NATing Mr Chinese DVD Gang! xx
Kind Regards; Quickline”
