East Yorkshire braced for sleet and snow
East Yorkshire can expect wintry showers, according to the Met Office.
Today will be cloudy at times with scattered wintry flurries.

East Yorkshire is bracing itself for wintry showers.
These showers will be of rain or sleet at low levels near coasts, and snow over hills with slight accumulations possible.
Further wintry showers are expected overnight as the temperature drops to -1C.
Showers will be sleety near coasts, with snow over hills.
It will be frosty inland with clear spells.
Tomorrow, sleet or snow showers are forecast during the morning, although the afternoon will be drier and brighter.
Slight accumulations are possible.
No weather warning have been issued, so disruption is not expected.

“Who needs the weather forecast from HDM? its on the TV every 15 mins, or is it just to fill the blanks up because the reporting / editorial staff dare not pinch any more stories from the real newspapers.
