SPEEDING motorists have been offered courses in a bid to change their driving habits.

A Humberside Police spokesman said: "While conducting checks in Orchard Park and north Hull, a number of motorists were stopped for exceeding the speed limit.

"The majority of the offenders will be attending a speed awareness course."

Drivers must pay for the course, but in doing so avoid penalty points.
