Fears Huggies manufacturer Kimberly-Clark could close Barton-upon-Humber plant
Huggies manufacturer Kimberly-Clark looks set to announce the proposed closure of its huge plant in Barton-upon-Humber today.
Management at the south bank factory, which produces Huggies nappies, were unable to confirm or deny the move when contacted this morning.

But it is understood staff, thought to number around 480, were briefed this morning ahead of an announcement that will be made to the New York Stock Exchange when it opens in the next hour.
The international giant's financial results for the third quarter of the year are expected today.
