HULL FC fans are being offered the chance to snap up free match tickets in the Mail for Friday's clash against Harlequins.

The Super League club has teamed up with the Mail to offer Black and White supporters up to two free tickets for Friday night's game.

And with a fabulous line-up of pre-match entertainment, including a Michael Jackson tribute act, the night looks set to be filled with excitement both before and during the game.

This exclusive offer is being given to readers as part of the Mail's Bounce Back campaign.

The initiative brings together several of the region's leading organisations, such as Hull FC, who are offering help to businesses and individuals during the recession.

One of the main aims of the Bounce Back campaign is to celebrate local talent and be proud of East Yorkshire and the people within it.

And with a squad bursting with Hull born-and-bred players, what better way to share in the ethos of Bounce Back than to head to one of the most prestigious stadiums in the Super League and celebrate the local talent on the field.

As part of its commitment to the campaign, Bounce Back partners Hull FC has made hundreds of tickets available so that people can cheer on the Old Faithful.

Hull FC community director Jon Flatman said: "Hull FC are proud to part of Bounce Back which is about promoting our region and the people in it.

"We believe in the ideas behind the campaign in terms of working in partnership to help get the region out of the recession as quickly as possible as well as celebrating local success and promoting positivity.

"Hull FC works hard to promote the region and engages with local people of all ages through its pioneering Hull FC Foundation.

"We hope this ticket offer will help put a smile on lots of local people's faces."

All readers have to do to get hold of tickets is to fill in a coupon, being published every day in the Mail.

They should take it to the ticket office at the KC Stadium before 4pm on Thursday, where it can be exchanged for up to two tickets.

The ticket office is open daily from 9am to 5pm.

Please note tickets are subject to availability and must be collected before 4pm on Thursday.

“It may be free to get in but the pies are £2.40 each. I've actually seen Paul Duffen buying them by the box full from Lidl and stuffing them into the boot of his sports car to selll at the KC.
Also they are not telling you it's a tenner to get out.”

“Due to a lack of people actually wanting to buy tickets for the forthcoming Hull FC v whoever has the London franchise this season team, free tickets are available by the shed load at the KC ticket office.
A tad embarresing for all concerned but FC have to juggle the crowd figures somehow to make them appear to be a "big" club. When actually the supporters actually paying the full normal price is in the low hundreds.
On the bright side the more people who turn up, the more people who spend monery at the stadium to swell the SMC coffers which indirectley funds Hull City, this regions only Premiership football club (who sell out every week)”

    “Repent and join us!
Your shabby club is again a disgrace.
    Free tickets what a joke.
All you FC fans come join a proper club, no gimmicks no Michael Jackson tibutes, just great rugby and a great atmosphere.
Red and White is the future!!!”

“Ian, Hull "at least we can afford to give away free tickets, unlike some clubs"??
What does it cost to give away something?? this is just a ploy to fiddle the crowd stats and make the support look viable, I understand the resteraunt can't sell the tables and you are struggling to get the match ball sponsored, what a sad state of affairs.”

“It's a tricky one this, i know when Hull City where giving away tickets cheap I found it a bit annoying, however I think you've you've got to look at the bigger picture; the club is struggling in their performance and crowd numbers are falling, by giving away free tickets this may find you new fans, and in the longer term benefit the club. On another note I was surprised to hear an FC fan on sportstalk last night saying that he would stay away in protest of the recent performance. No matter what sport it is, if you're a supporter then shouldn't that be through good and bad times. Sounds to me like FC need their fans now more than ever.”
