Got To Dance: Skyline leap from Hull school to Sky1 stardom
THE sky is the limit for a group from Hull, exploding on to the small screen this Sunday in TV talent show Got To Dance.
Skyline was formed less than a year ago by David Danville and Ben Davies, who run Skyline Dance School in Hull.

'AMAZING': Skyline performing on Sky1's Got To Dance, which will be aired on Sunday.
Although the group received three stars from the judges, they have not made it through to the live shows.
Funding has been an issue for the performers but they have never let it stand in their way, organising car boot sales, busking and setting up flash mobs to raise cash.

The group features 14 dancers, aged 14 to 31, who have been given a major boost by appearing on the Sky1 show with a routine to Madonna's Die Another Day.
Artistic director David said: "It has been an amazing experience for them to be a part of.
"They have done a lot of filming, so it has given them a really good insight into the world of TV.
"The group has absolutely loved every single second.
"We were hoping for maybe one gold star and some feedback to help us, so to get three was amazing. We were all in shock."
David said, having seen the standard of talent on the show, the group were on "cloud nine".
The producers said Skyline were "really close" to making the live shows. The group plans to apply again next year.
"It has been a really long process but it has been really good," David said. "We first started in it last June, so there has been a lot of work."
But it was all worth it and they were given supportive comments from celebrity judges – JLS member Aston Merrygold, former Pussycat Doll Kimberley Wyatt and dance star Ashley Banjo.
Watch Skyline perform on Got To Dance on Sky1 at 6pm on Sunday.

“Joe, why do you resort to insults and comments based on a few words posted on a public forum? Your self serving, subjective attitude does not offend me but I do find it ironic that you feel able to pass judgement on me yet my comments and personal value judgements regarding the amateur dancers are villified by you. Read it slowly Joe and you may understand what I am saying.”

“Ashley Banjo!!! Is that a real name? lol I think this group of dancers are suffering from delusions of adequacy. Its great that they have a hobby but sad that they genuinely believe they are going to earn a living from dancing. There are far more talented wannabees than this bunch of amateurs. So, by all means stick to your hobby, have a great time, but keep your feet on the ground. I was going to mention 15 minutes of fame but dont think 5 minutes on a little watched programme on a satellite channel really counts.”

“This shows what young people can do with a bit of dedication and effort. Not the usual reply from youngsters we have "nowt to do". These dancers are now on the first step of life ,enjoy the experience and keep looking forward.
