A grandmother who collapsed in a Hull street and awoke to find her purse missing has been given two donations from Mail readers.

As reported in December, Dawn Eratt, from west Hull, was robbed of her Christmas present money while she was unconscious on the floor.

In December, Hessle resident Michael Robinson brought £40 to the Mail offices to give to Dawn.
