HULL CITY: Myhill steps up training
HULL City keeper Boaz Myhill is stepping up his training in a bid to be back for this Saturday's home drop-battle with West Ham.
The shot-stopper hasn't played since suffering knee ligament damage in the 0-0 draw with Portsmouth at the KC Stadium on October 24.

But after spending last week doing rehabilitation and swimming to strengthen the injured joint, he is now back working with a ball in training.
Working closely with physiotherapist Simon Maltby, Myhill yesterday took part in a one-to-one session to test the strength of his knee ligament.
The 27-year-old spent the first part of training running in straight lines, before stopping abruptly and turning around to repeat the process.
Looking free of pain and at ease with the process, the Wales international followed up with a few kicking drills using the ball.
Although Myhill did not work with the Tigers' other keepers, he should step up his training schedule later this week as long as he does not suffer any sort of adverse reaction.
Although Matt Duke performed well in the 2-1 win over Stoke last time out, Myhill's return provides the Tigers with increased competition at a timely moment.
ANTHONY Gardner did not train, but is expected to be fit to face the Hammers.

“MATTY. no mate you nhave lost it. no thought or planning. the system of 4 defenders is out dated as most only play with 2 up front. football is abouit movement and passing not rigid formations.
its a team to attack quick but also get back. get yourself upto date. i dont play boring computer games. they are for dead heads with no life.”
