Hedon opera singer Amy Black died following sudden heart failure, an inquest has heard.
Pathologists told coroner Geoffrey Saul the combination of an enlarged heart and a blockage to the coronary artery caused her death.

Home Office pathologist Dr Alfredo Walker and histopathologist Dr Simon Suvarna both agreed surgery Miss Black, 36, had a few months before was successful.
But further complications meant she was always at risk.
Miss Black, of Hedon, was found lying in the front garden of boyfriend Hermanus de Lang's Keyingham home on November 24 last year.
The inquest continues.
