Housing plan for Fenners site in east Hull submitted
EAST HULL: An outline application to build 139 homes on a site currently occupied by the research and development centre of Fenners in Marfleet Lane has been submitted for planning approval.
The scheme also includes a proposed retail unit and the laying out of a replacement bowling green and club house on the adjacent Fenners sport field.
A separate planning application has also been submitted to Hull City Council seeking the go-ahead to extend the Fenners factory in Marfleet Lane to incorporate new laboratory facilities which would be relocated from the Hainsworth Centre building.
