Hull City Council contractor on brink of administration
A property services group which does work for Hull City Council could soon go into administration.
Connaught, which employs 10,000, is thought to have a debt of £220million, provided by six different banks.
Shares in the Exeter-based company have dropped dramatically in recent weeks, losing about 90 per cent of their value.
An announcement on the firm's future is expected later today.
