Hull City: Leicester links are 'irritating' says Pearson
HULL City manager Nigel Pearson appeared to rule himself out of a return to Leicester City this afternoon, saying he was finding continuing speculation of a return to the Foxes 'irritating'.
Pearson has been linked with the position throughout the week, alongside other candidates such as Huddersfield boss Lee Clark and former Sunderland and Ipswich manager Roy Keane.

Nigel Pearson says continuing links to the Leicester job are 'irritating'
With Clark ruling himself out of the running this afternoon, and with bookies odds shortening on the City manager, Pearson faced questions over his future again at the club's media day today.
But he was emphatic in his response, suggesting he will remain at the Tigers.

“There are no grass strips in the Bournemouth area, all flights are recorded and monitored within the area and are available 24hrs after. Only one aircraft took off and that did not have any passengers at 5.30. The first flight from the airfield after that was 7.am, every flight IS on the web. For anyone to state that they took off from Hurn is a big mistake. Why have people had to change their ID on here. Sometimes it could be because they have been checked out, I don't really know. I would think that if I had been concerned enough about hate mail, I would never give out an address, but then knowing that that is false is an easy way out. But just like George Elliott all of the names are non de plum. So no grass airfield (even on private land) No Brighton match, no Bristol match, no Hull City matches. So who ever reads this and thinks its an attack on them, it isn't because there is nothing to attack. This is just a post about nothing that could have happened and as such has no merit.
Scarborough hope I catch up with you tommorow”

“TonyM Your opinion is worthless because you dont watch Hull City....You wont even be there on saturday....Your lover P BROWN will be sacked by preston before much longer as the PNE fans have turned on him allready....He is not even good enough for league one...
OFFER to meet liar Lodge at any Hull City Game and he wont turn up.....its that simple to prove he is a liar ..
=====================================================
Nigel Pearson is going nowhere.....why should he answer what he considers a dumb question about the managers job at leicester
Though it blows the lodges lies out of the water that LCFC fans where glad to see the back of NP.......they where gutted when he left and can now only dream of getting anyone as good as NP
I also notice LCFC fans have voted the man they sure do not want is steve mclaren with him being as bad as sven
Win lose or draw tomorrow im going to enjoy the day as usual when i watch the team i support..
pointless predicting the score when anything can happen in any game in the championship...”

“I saw the article on East Midland news and it appeared to me that NP could well be going back to Leicster -let us hope not. He has done a great job in restructuring Hull City into a tight and defensive team. I know they need to score more goals but you don't need to score too many if you don't let them in”

“Just watched the local BBC news in the Leicester area (i live down here) they have just just done a big piece on NP becoming Leicesters next manager. Their Hull City 'souces' have confirmed that they are expecting n official approach from Leicester.
I hope we tell them to n o b off, they are an absolute joke and they treatment of managers is a disgrace. NP has re-built the squad and we are reaping the rewards, look where we are in the league. NP do us all and yourself a favour and tell them to shove it. Why would any manager currently employed want to go to Leicester? a few defeats and your sacked!”

“I found a very interesting website Robo1952 named ukga.com. After signing up for the site (for free) you can view an interactive map showing all airports, airfields, airstrips, grass strips, etc., that are used in the UK by aircraft. Suprise, suprise the nearest landing strip to Bournemouth airport is at Newton Peverill Farm at Sturminster Marshall near Wimborne. According to the AA route planner it is 13miles due west of Bournemouth Airport. The wonders of the web!”

“Tony M my apologies I should have referred to Leicester as the manager who could not cope with the Championship was SGE, the manager who has disparaging tweets about him sent out by his players is SMcC. The successful manager is, of course, NP.”

“JL/TonyM,
Back to your armchair with an 'each way bet' - sorry comment. Just to remind you re WHU injuries - Aren't we supporting a team with a number of key players injured? What an expert you are!”

“Robo - having flown into some 230 airports around the world - many grass strips and even worse tarmac ones - I land where the pilot puts it down. Try Sibu in Malaysia in a thunderstorm or Chengdu in China in a blizzard. Tauranga in New Zealand is very dodgy (as are the planes - from either Brazil or Argentina) due to the cross winds from the Bay of Plenty.”

“I have to agree with Merlin Nigel Pearson could have ended all the speculation by simply saying I am not interested in going back to Leicester.
Unfortuneately its money that talks in this game and loyalty counts for nothing.
personaly i dont think he will go as he seems to have a bond with the younger players he has brought to the club and i think he can now see the potential at the club.
my fear is that Allam wont come up with whats is necessary for team strengthening in January.
Ill be happy to keep digging out 1-0 wins at this stage of the season but in the New Year we need 2 or 3 additional players unless we keep Oli,then a defender and big mobile frontman will see us cement a place in the top six.”

“Lodge- Your nose must bigger than Pinnochio's with the constant lies you spout. You have never seen Bournemouth in your puff!. NP claims he is irritated by the 'Leicester Links, but it is more irritating having all the threads on this site constantly wrecked by your warped opinions and lies. No response required!”
