Hull City legend Dean Windass to kick-off road safety campaign
EAST YORKSHIRE: Hull City legend Dean Windass is to kick-off a new road safety campaign.
The ex-Tiger is supporting the launch of Speed Dating, an innovative campaign by East Yorkshire charity Take One Moment (Tom) Foundation.

Legend: Dean Windass.
Speed Dating will take place at schools and colleges this winter, when young people get the chance to quiz officers from the emergency services.
The charity was set up by the family and friends of Driffield teenager Tom Atkinson, who was killed as a passenger in a road accident in Germany in 2005.
Our transparent fixed sales fees set us aside from the competition, offering full Estate Agency Service for a fixed fee regardless of the value of your home.
Contact: 01482 423365
Valid until: Monday, July 01 2013
Rosie Atkinson, founder of the Tom Foundation, is hoping the Speed Dating format will appeal to young people, as well as showing them what they can do to stay safer on the roads.
She said: "It's the first time we've worked with all the emergency services and we'll all be giving our own perspective while speaking with one voice about the dangers of reckless driving."
Windass will be at the launch at East Riding College in Beverley on Tuesday.
