Hull City's Conor Townsend joins Chesterfield on loan
Hull City's Conor Townsend is joining Chesterfield on a month's loan.
The 19-year-old defender will link up with fellow Tiger Liam Cooper at the Spireites.
Townsend enjoyed a successful loan spell at Grimsby Town in the Blue Square Bet Premier League last year.
His performances for the Mariners helped earn him a new and improved two-year deal with the Tigers in the summer.

“It was rumoured there were some League 1 clubs in for him at the beginning of the season, could possibly of been a bit of a mistake making the jump from Conference to League 1 over the course of the summer but the lad needs some game time. With Conor, Dudge & young Max Clark, the future of Left Back/Wing Back looks bright at the KC :-)”
