Hull as hot as Malaga as sunny weekend forecast
Scorching temperatures in East Yorkshire yesterday made the region as hot as Malaga in Spain.
The highest temperature in the region was 23C – matching Malaga’s average in May.
It will be cloudy for much of today and tomorrow with the top temperature likely to be around 20C - but sunshine is promised this evening.
A sunny weekend is forecast with slightly cooler temperatures of around 16C.
