Hull man fined for dumping waste outside Orchard Park pub
A Hull man has been prosecuted for fly-tipping.
Darrel Louth, of Hedon Road, dumped household waste at the Orchard Park Pub in North Hull.

Louth failed to attend Hull Magistrates' Court and the offence was proved in his absence.
He was ordered to pay a £400 fine, £229 costs and a £15 victims' surcharge.
