Hull named as 'hotspot' for families waiting to adopt
HULL has been named as a hotspot for families looking to adopt - with more than 58 children waiting for new homes.
The service has also been deemed 'good' in a new OfSted report after it approved 26 adoptive families and placed 46 for adoption in the past year.
