Hull to pilot Think Cyclist safety scheme
Hull has been selected as a pilot area for a new cycle safety scheme.
Road Safety Minister, Stephen Hammond launched the scheme headed by campaign group Think!
The Think Cyclist scheme is calling on drivers and cyclists to stay safe this autumn by looking out for one another.
The campaign points out 80 per cent of cyclists hold a driving licence and one in five drivers cycle at least once a month.

Research conducted in Hull shows cyclists and drivers in the city broadly agree on how to stay safe on the road, for instance by looking twice when turning or at junctions, and by giving each other space on the road.
