Humberside Police rated 'fair'
Humberside Police force has been rated "fair" by a national regulator.
Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary said the force was "fair" for local crime and policing, protection from serious harm and for confidence and satisfaction.

The fair rating is the third tier of ratings, behind good and excellent.
It is only one level above poor.
Roger Baker, the inspector for Humberside, said: "Neighbourhood policing is well-established and Humberside Police's performance in delivering its Policing Pledge promises has been good.
"Areas that need improvement include tackling violence, which has increased over the last 12-month period.
"The force also needs a coherent plan to tackle anti-social behaviour, as there are inconsistencies in force guidelines – for instance, in identifying repeat victims.
"Humberside Police's spending matches the average for its peer forces.
"However, it has fewer police officers, with more police staff, including PCSOs."

“Let's be honest it wouldn't matter what the inspectors say because some moron who has no ideas of their own will always come on here and have something negative and unconstructive to say.”
