Joseph proposes to Mary in real-life romantic ending to Hull's Nativity Live!
'Joseph' provided a new twist to the nativity story when he proposed to his Mary in front of hundreds of amazed on-lookers in Hull city centre.
Romantic Gareth Yardley, who starred in Saturday's Nativity Live! event, got down on one knee outside Holy Trinity church to pop the question to Lyndsey Holmes.

Baby Jesus, played by the couple’s eleven-week-old son Sidney, slept in a manger nearby while Lyndsey, 25, was left speechless.
Gareth, 31, said: "I only told a few people and we wanted to make sure it happened and I'm glad she said 'yes'.
