Lads finally beat their dads in Zingari's season finale
HULL Zingari CC Juniors beat their dads by six runs in their annual end-of-season celebrations, their first-ever victory over the dads.
The game brought the curtain down on a successful season, the highlight being the Under-15s, managed by Matthew Bunn, winning their cup and finishing runners-up in the league.
The Under-17s finished runners-up in their league while the Under-Nines were second in the Humberside Police Tribune Trust Challenge.
Zingari also held their presentation night, hosted by teams manager Nick Biggs, with the awards being presented by team managers Steve Bunn, Mark Thompson and Matthew Scarr.
All 18 players used in Under-nine fixtures received an award and other awards presented were:
