“Laughter releases endorphins. These are the body's natural 'feel good' chemicals. I did yoga in school. There were about 10 of us teenagers The teacher (male) wore bright yellow speedo's and failed to notice he had 'fallen out'. How we laughed... Never done yoga since. Scared me to death.”

“Don't knock it until you've tried it. I wasn't sure what to expect but went along with an open mind. I'm so glad I did as it was great. £4 is good value for money.”

“The venerable Steve Hillage did a great song called 'Laughter Yoga Song' in 1975. There's very little new under the sun.”

“No need, just watch prime ministers questions tomorrow. Its one big laugh listening to them being sarcastic to one another denying all their mistakes while the country is in tatters.
Well, you'll either laugh or cry.”
