Gripped by post-natal depression, mum Paula Farrar did not know where to turn. After the birth of her first child seven years ago she felt so down she would wake up screaming in the night.
But since joining Cottingham Fitmums and Friends, a running, walking and "buggy burn" club, Paula has never looked back.
