Hull Magistrates' Court heard Naser, 36, put the lives of the emergency services at risk as they battled to rescue her from the "hazardous" situation.
Mark Thompson, group manager for Humberside Fire and Rescue Service, said: "I cannot stress enough that mud is as dangerous as water.
"It can have a suction effect, making rescues difficult to carry out.
"Mud rescues are hazardous and require specialist equipment and specially trained officers in mud and water rescue."
But instead of thanking them for their efforts, Naser showered them with abuse.
When she was taken to Hull Royal Infirmary, she continued to threaten nurses.
The incident happened on June 1 during the morning rush-hour and caused long delays for city commuters.
The alarm was raised at about 8.30am and specially trained firefighters attended the scene with specialist equipment for mud rescues, along with police and ambulance crews.
Naser had been seen to climb the ropes from the riverside to the Arctic Corsair trawler before falling into the river.
After risking their lives to save her, Naser, of St Peter Street, east Hull, then became abusive towards all three emergency services.
Naser pleaded guilty to breaching her Asbo.
District Judge Fred Rutherford sentenced Naser to 24 weeks in prison.
He described the offence as "very serious" and told her she had been given many chances but it was her third Asbo breach and it was "persistent behaviour".
Naser and her son, Corey, 17, were given two-year Asbos in February last year for all-night parties, fights and vandalism at their former flat in Gatwick House, Bransholme.
Since being handed the Asbo, she has been charged with a further three antisocial acts, including fighting, swearing and attacking police officers and being abusive and urinating in a public place.
The Asbo bans her from causing harassment, alarm or distress, or encouraging others to do so, anywhere in Hull.
If she breaches the order, she could face a maximum five-year prison sentence.

“So you want to spend thousands of pounds errecting railings to stop smackheads launching themselves into the river? This woman (or whatever it is) probably costs society millions as it is, in court costs, theft, social workers, drug rehab, incapacity benefit, legal aid, compo, endless trips to her GP, housing benefit etc. etc. Bill Gates would go bankrupt paying for the antics of this creature.
Get rid!”

“Some people don't deserve any help at all and then there are others who deserve all the help they can get but get nothing. This "leech on society" and her son should be left to fend for themselves when she gets out, but that will not happen and, like all the other leeches, she will be pandered to by the do-gooders.”

“Perhaps the sticks are for extra sympathy and benefits because if she was disabled she wouldn't really want to be swinging from the ropes of the arctic corsair would she??...mudskipper”

“I agree this woman is a shocker and thoroughly deserves 5 years in jail but I just love the [do-badders]posters who claim to be decent, law-abiding citizens and then call for her to be strung up, left to drown, experimented upon and have all manner of foul things done to her. Reminds me somewhat of Saudi Arabia, Iran and parts of the world where they have Sharia law Isn't it great to live in a liberal country?”

“And in weeks she will be back out to continue her reckless behaviour and to make matters worse we are probably paying double for her, her prison cell and her current home on the outside courtesy of the housing benefit system. What a wonderful country we live in no wonder the criminal element is thriving.”
