Man on bail after five-hour siege in east Hull
A 29-year-old man has been released on police bail after a siege in east Hull.
The man was arrested after firearms officers were called to a flat in Edward Collins Square, off Ripon Way, on Monday morning.

Neighbours were told to stay in their homes until the stand-off ended and residents spoke of their terror after their homes were surrounded by armed police.
Humberside Police said they were called to the flat following concerns for a man's safety.

He was said to be wearing "Army-style" combat trousers and a khaki T-shirt when he was taken away in handcuffs.
